“When we identify where our privilege intersects with somebody else's oppression, we'll find our opportunities to make real change.”

― Ijeoma Oluo, So You Want to Talk About Race

How we operate:

  • Members make $1,000 or $500 annual donations.

  • Members can nominate organizations for funding.

  • We research, evaluate and discuss organizations members want to support.

  • We vote on how many organizations we will support each year and how much we will give each organization.

  • All members get an equal vote on how we distribute our funds.

  • We strive to be diverse, listen to all opinions, and learn from each other.
